A Vision and a Mission for the Next Decade
When trustees and senior staff met earlier this year to review the strategy for the next ten years, one of the items on the agenda was to define RABI's objectives. The result is the RABI vision:
To reach and support farming people in need
and mission statement:
With compassion, discretion and friendship to provide confidential welfare advice, practical care and financial support to those in need within the farming community.
