Staff

RABI consists of four departments:

Finance

The three staff members are based at Shaw House. They co-ordinate all the financial operations for RABI and the two residential homes.

Fundraising, Marketing & Communications

This department handles both national and regional fundraising and marketing initiatives. With two fundraising managers based at Head Office and seven regional officers working from home bases. Raising the profile of RABI and fundraising are the key tasks for this department.

Welfare

The head of welfare, two welfare managers and two welfare executives work from Shaw House. There are twelve regional welfare officers throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The main focus of this department is to help those who have requested assistance and support from RABI.

HR and Administration

There are two members of this team, who are based at Head Office. They carry out the numerous administration tasks, office management and HR functions.
