Hoe Down
October 2011
The wild west came to Lancashire for one night in October. The hoe down was well attended and everyone had a good time.
The evening raised £349 for RABI.
Thanks must go to Jackie Wilson and her mother Winnie Parker.

Songs of Praise, St Hilda's Church
14 October 2011
Took place at St Hildas Church at Billsborrow where the church was filled with supporters from across the county, Hymns were chosen by members of the farming and church community including Edwin Booth of Booths supermarkets. One very “different” favourite hymn choice was “in the bleak mid winter” which raised a few eyebrows as we were singing it in the middle of october! The collection raised over £400 for RABI. Many thanks to Maggie and Henry Bainbridge for organising the service.
