Lewes Farmhouse Breakfast

An excellent business breakfast event was held at Spring Barn Farm, Lewes on Wednesday 25th January. Over 50 people attended raising £600 for RABI.

The event was organised by Rhiannon Rosser of Andrew Samuel & Son, Chartered Surveyors who also sponsored the event along with Knill James Chartered Accountants and Lloyds TSB Agriculture.

Farmhouse Breakfast

17 & 18 January 2012

The annual breakfast held by Jill and Brian Hesselgrave in their East Sussex farmhouse has become so popular that this two-day event is a sell out. They have run this event for 8 years and this year cooked breakfast for 140 people across the two days.

This very successful event raised over £900 for RABI. A huge thank you to everyone for their hard work.

Harvest Supper

This is the second time this event has been organised by the committee and it looks like it could be a regular feature of their fundraising calendar. 70 people sat down to shepherds pie followed by crumble. Thank you to everyone involved for making it a great evening.

Barn Dance

1 October 2011

100 people attended a Barn Dance organised by the East Sussex committee at Butcherlands Farm, by kind permission of Mr & Mrs Wadey. The evening raised £1500 for RABI.

Laughton & Haywards Heath Ploughing Matches

Andrew Samuel very kindly allowed RABI to attend the Laughton and Haywards Heath Ploughing Matches and to share space on his stand to sell Christmas cards.

Cream Tea in Hailsham

For the second year running Clarissa Hallings-Pott hosted a cream tea afternoon in one of her barns.

Guests were treated to a wonderful selection of cakes and of course scones and jam with cream!
