Surrey Gala Evening

The 38th annual Gala Evening organised by the Surrey RABI committee was held at Gildings Farm Barn, Newdiaget. It was a splendid evening with the 160 guests enjoying a champagne reception, dinner provided by committee ladies and served by members of the YFC, and a disco provided by Mark Westbrook. As well as the huge tombola there was the usual auction and while ticket sales were down this year, it raised a record £4,500 bringing the total for the evening to £8,000.
