Skittles Evening

26 July 2008

20 teams of 6 people took part in a Knockout Skittles Evening at Daylands Farm, Ashurst on Saturday 26th July.  The evening was very enjoyable and became rather competitive but raised £800 for RABI.

Many thanks to Derek and Vicky Crush for organising the evening and for everyone who attended.

Picnic in the Park

19 July 2008

RABI and The Countryside Alliance were delighted to see so many people at the Picnic in the Park at Whithurst Park, Nr Kirdford on Saturday 19th July 2008.

A huge thank you must go to Richard Taylor for allowing us to use his lovely home as a venue and the West Sussex RABI committee for their hard work in organising things and selling tickets.

This year attracted nearly 600 people and raised nearly £5000 for RABI and the Countryside Alliance.

Watch out for details of next years event.

Pheasant Phest Dinner

16 February 2008

Join us for a Pheasant Phest Dinner on Saturday 16th February 8.00pm at Burpham Village Hall, Arundel.

£25 per ticket all proceeds going to RABI and The Countryside Alliance.

Heyshott Ploughing Match

September 2007

The weather held and we had a good day at the Heyshott Old Fashioned Ploughing Match.  Many thanks to the West Sussex committee for manning the stand and making it such a success. 

RABI will share the proceeds of the day with McMillan Nurses.

Picnic in the Park

21st July 2007

Despite torrential rain the previous day the Picnic in the Park organised by the West Sussex committee went ahead and was a great success.  Over 500 people attended and our thanks must go to Richard Taylor for hosting the event.

The total amount raised is not yet known but details will be posted as soon as they are known.
