Corporate Support

When Alex Smith, marketing assistant for 'From My Farm', visited Shaw House in July it was not just to find out more about RABI but to hand over a donation of £2,000. This was in addition to the Peterborough-based distributor of fresh regional produce's donation of fruit and vegetables to RABI beneficiaries in East Anglia at Christmas. Alex explained: "We put one penny from every pack of produce we sell into our charitable fund, The Growing Trust, with the aim of making a donation to a charity for use within the region, every six months. It is fitting that this first one should go to help those in need in the industry, which provides the produce we market."
'From My Farm' markets top quality seasonal vegetables and fruit produced by some 30 farmers and growers in the east of England to outlets within the region, including Morrisons supermarkets. Details of From My Farm including the outlets where their regional, seasonal produce is available, can be found at www.frommyfarm.co.uk.

Every year Safety Revolution choose a charity to support. This year their chosen charity is The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI). Safety Revolution is the leading provider of H & S services to farming. Managing Director Oliver Dale, who has wide experience of farming both in the UK and overseas, wanted the company to be able to put something back into helping those in need in the industry, especially those who have suffered as the result of accidents on farms. At this year's Cereals event the company did just that when Oliver presented RABI with a cheque for £500.
They are currently actively supporting Welly Week, with a promotion on their website and we look forward to working with them in the future.
